Beef Jerky as a dessert? You bet! Sweet blends of jerky are the perfect choice after dinner when you are on the go – like when you don’t have an oven and need dessert on backpacking trip.

Bacon
Bacon is good for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even dessert. It can be cooked without an oven – or purchased ready to eat from the store (just don’t eat it raw). Be careful not to eat too much since it has high fat and Salt content.

How We Picked
Want to know more about how we made this list? We judged each food on the following factors:
- Paleo friendly – If the food can’t be eaten on the Paleo diet we did not include it on our list of EZ bake desserts.
- No oven or baking required – All of the 13 desserts in this guide can be prepared without an oven or baking. This means they are all easy to prepare and do not require a lot of clean up
- Healthy – Just because something is ‘Paleo’ does not mean it is healthy to indulge in, we picked only the healthiest options and skipped the sweets.
